• Current knowledge of the home building and construction industry
• Being up-to-date in all the latest technology and trends in home theater installation, video, audio, and construction project management
• Certification in one or more of the following disciplines: information technology, HVAC, electrician, plumbing, outdoor irrigation and spinkler systems, masonry, carpentry, drywall and plaster artistry, landscaping, window glazers, painters, interior design, general contracting, and furniture moving
• Current knowledge of the various brand names in HDTVs, home theater projectors, audio speaker systems, media players, and home theater upholstery
• Experience in home theater installation, project management, construction, and contracting
• The ability to switch tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Interpersonal skills for speaking with clients
• Able to pitch deals and upsell clients with additional services when the need arises
• Able to maintain clear lines of communication between the company and the client
• Problem solving and dispute resolution
